Our Story
We’re Joseph and Leah, partners who share a belief that good communication, fairness, and integrity should guide every stage of land development.
Before founding Belmer Collective, our careers were rooted in people-first industries. Leading teams, solving problems, and building relationships.
Joseph spent eight years in the telecoms sector, managing projects and liaising with landowners to deliver regional infrastructure. That experience taught him the importance of trust, clarity, and keeping every party informed.
Leah’s background is in lettings, customer service, and administration, supported by a degree in Human Geography. Her understanding of how people and places connect shapes our approach to every site, ensuring that development decisions respect both landowners and local communities.
Together, we’ve built Belmer Collective around a simple idea: that the planning process should be transparent, collaborative, and beneficial to everyone involved.
Joseph Belsey
Co-founder & Director
With a background in telecoms and project management, Joseph spent eight years overseeing infrastructure installations across the South of England, coordinating teams, managing logistics, and working closely with landowners whose properties supported regional networks.
That experience shaped his belief that clear communication and mutual respect are the foundations of every successful partnership.
At Belmer Collective, Joseph brings that same practical, hands-on approach to land promotion, ensuring every site is handled with care, transparency, and professionalism.
Leah Emerick
Co-founder & Director
Leah holds a degree in Human Geography and has professional experience in lettings, customer service, and administration.
Her understanding of how people, places, and planning intersect gives Belmer Collective its balanced perspective, one that considers both the landowner’s goals and the community’s long-term needs.
Leah oversees coordination, communication, and client care across every project, ensuring that each partnership runs smoothly from first conversation to completion.
